UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Cynthia never in the office when I go or when I call. She take forever to call back, not to mention her nasty attitude. They took almost 2 years to complete a grave site that was paid in full!!! Cash money ! People always say support BLACK BUSINESSES BUT OUR OWN PEOPLE ARE THE REASON WE DO NOT SUPPORT THEM. They moved my moms previous head stone and “disposed of it”? Why? And it was ours!!!! We paid for it!! I would’ve given them 0 stars if that was possible . I am so disgusted . It’s almost 3 years years my daddy head stone and flower vase hasn’t been put on his grave we talked to someone in 2022 they said they put it but where it wasn’t on my dad gave so my aunt went to someone else so they finally made him one but the killing part they didn’t have no one to carry it to put on top off his tombstone so my nephew and a friend had to go to the funeral home and get it and put it on my dad graveside and now we have to cement ourselves and go somewhere else and buy a flower vase.

There’s an employee there that will not only verbally speak your private information but she has gone as far as making copies & calling institutions to cause strife & in a time of pain & grief she stirred the pot between family members & provided them with documents. I have text messages, audio & signed affidavits on this woman! I sat back as I was advised & waited as I was advised……..This was scary & traumatizing!
