This is the most disrespectful owner Mr ford the owner of the company. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Cynthia never in the office when I go or when I call. She take forever to call back, not to mention her nasty attitude. They took almost 2 years to complete a grave site that was paid in full!!! Cash money ! People always say support BLACK BUSINESSES BUT OUR OWN PEOPLE ARE THE REASON WE DO NOT SUPPORT THEM. They moved my moms previous head stone and “disposed of it”? Why? And it was ours!!!! We paid for it!! I would’ve given them 0 stars if that was possible . I am so disgusted .
