I had exceptional service from the very beginning. I had numerous questions concerning replacing the old fireplace screen & door to considering converting to gas logs. Tanner & Mr. Ford explained options & prices. Tanner was able to come to my home that same day to checkout my old fireplace. Decisions were made & in a week Tanner installed the new screen, door & beautiful gas logs. I’ve been using it for about a month now & am still a very satisfied customer!

We have a wood burning fireplace that was beginning to have some issues that were going to be too costly to justify the expense of repair. We were so sad because we were told the only option was going to be electric. We checked with other places and just weren’t really satisfied with what we were finding in electric options. I would highly recommend Ford Fireplaces. I called them to help me fix my fireplace. They were there that day to diagnose the problem, and followed up quickly to fix the issue. Tanner and Russ were amazing and knowledgeable about their craft.

Reliable and punctual customer service with problems solved at the end of the visit. That doesn’t happen often in todays age, but it does with Ford Insulation & Fireplaces!!
