Went to do business with them as a black male restaurant owner and walked all through the store and seen 5 white women worker and 1 white male worker and we all made eye contact. The first two workers i seen i started to approach them only to be looked up at and ignored for whatever reason while they returned to what previously had their attention on the table. Very unfriendly environment. Will never return.
Avoid shopping at Ford! This company doesn't value its employees. They experience a high turnover rate, with many Black employees primarily placed in warehouse roles. The turnover rate for Black employees reaches 99%, and there is little to no representation of Black individuals in management or sales positions. They offer minimal insurance and no short- or long-term disability options. The owner seems out of touch with what it means to be a family-friendly employer.

I took my friend to find a few items she wanted for her small essential oil business. We couldn't have asked for better assistance. Aaron was super helpful and fun. The other ladies we encountered were also fun and helpful. She found everything she was looking to purchase. We left with smiles and laughter all around. We cannot wait to return.
