*****Update as I’m unable to reply just edit but what they “clarified” was incorrect. Yes I didn’t pick it up for a few weeks but I confirmed with them first if that would be okay given my circumstances and was assured they could keep it there was long as I needed but proceeded to call me constantly asking if I was picking it up yet. I never declined delivery, I asked when it would be so I can arrange for someone to help me and was then told I had to pick it up.
