Very knowledgeable and helpful. Honest with you and fair prices. Was able to read the codes on my older car,when all others were not
Called for his advice and opinion to see what the issue could be with my truck and he had the audacity on the phone to tell me I couldn’t afford his diagnostic fee of $150 because it had kind of overheated over the weekend so I took it to Oreillys to get it scanned for free to see what codes came up. Never will ever get my business. Horrible customer service.
Tom is a Master Ford Electrician. Equipped to fix anything electrical, electronic & PCB's. Truly the Ford "Guru".
I made a appointment with Tom, and when I arrived he was a no show. I waited 45 minutes and tried calling several times.
