After a frustrating experience with another shop, I took my car to Fagan Motors Masterton for a second opinion—and I’m so glad I did! I had a mixed experience. When I arrived, the lady at the service desk was a bit rude and unhelpful. I’d booked a loan car in advance, as I was travelling a long way, and was told it would be available for me. However, when I showed up, she claimed to know nothing about the booking, which was frustrating when she said I’m booked for one on the phone two weeks prior.
