Dr. Layne is amazing but very poor service at the office. 3 months and the frames are not ready, they broke them 3 times, one month to get your contacts after so many phone calls, nobody takes responsibility for what happens there, they never call you back. Sit there every time for an hour or so and the patients that get there in the office never get their questions answered either. So sad that the doctor is great when the rest is not.
