This is one of the least professional, worst-performing companies I have ever dealt with. The main breaker on my rental occasionally tripped and needed to be reset so I called Ford to fix it. 1st work request. Tech showed up unannounced at the rental property, I sent him to pick up the key from the manager, and he didn't return the key until asked days later. The invoice said, "MINIMUM LABOR CHARGE $ 175.00 CHECKED POWER, RESET MAIN BREAKER." It needs to be reset all the time that's why I called. this isn't fixed. 2nd work r... read more
Great customer service. They installed 2 lights and three outlets. Courteous and they made you feel like you were important enough. Ben and Allen were great. Will use them again like I have for the last 7 years.

I recently called Ford Electric to have my meter replaced, I needed it done right away. Ford Electric showed up that day and completed the job in a couple hours. The electricians were very friendly and knowledgeable.
Ford Electric came highly recommended by a friend of mine, so when I hired them to replace my meter box I had very high expectations. And let me tell you, they did not let me down. The job was done quick and professionally and the electricians were very polite and respectful. It is very hard to find an electrical contractor you can trust and depend on. I highly recommend them.
