Do not enter into a lease with Ford drive. The customer service is horrible and it is a huge headache to cancel your lease. I signed my termination of lease agreement 3 weeks ago and they continue s bring me invoices every Monday to try and charge me. I feel like my situation is going to have to end up in court. I have sent them emails and never received responses and have called numerous times only to be hung up on after 30 minutes on hold. I was not a fan of my experience here at all. These are $20k cars and they are charging upwards of 1k monthly and provide awful customer service. I had to call again and again and again for preventable issues and spent hours upon hours on hold just to be told "I'll put in a request." I think I was told this 4-5 times and I never received any of the information I requested. Adrian is very attentive to what I need and also taking care of my car! He is always down to help in anyway that he can! He does a good job! Very recommend! Roberto!
