Ford made the biggest mistake in treating me and other drivers the way they did, the worst customer service any company can have and the most disrespectful management. I meet 250 to 350 customer a month and will find every opportunity to trash Ford and their mustang mache and worn them not to full for that mistake and buy this vehicle. I will pull out every small issue this trash has and will magnify it. I was able to rent it from Avis without the ridiculous soft credit check.
