I’ve always heard negative things about dealer service/repair shops, but this place is better than any shop I’ve been too. Took my F350 in for an alignment, and they got it in and out within a few hours and for a great price too! The waiting area is nice too. I’m planning to come here for all my future oil changes, they offer a discount if you drive a lot and get at least 3 oil changes a year. If you have a diesel Ford truck, I wouldn’t take it anywhere else.
Car pickup and dropoff service for an oil change! Cant beat that for the $90 oil package that gives 3 oil changes and multipoint inspection!
On a roadtrip currently and talked to someone (who I’m guessing doesn’t actually work in the service department) who said she could get us in the next day. When we arrived at 8am for our appt, the person at the desk barely said a word and then said he wouldn’t have answers until 1 or so and told us to uber home, which was a friends house. This was contrary to what we were told the previous day based on our issue.
