My service writer has helped me on other visits as well as this visit. He is awesome ! Every issue I ever have he takes care of 100% Very happy with him and the dealership. From my salesman ( who is still with the dealership ) to the service department, they do a great job ! Thank you !
The ball is being dropped in the service department. It went from automated, up-to-date text messages and on-time service delivery to a black hole. No oil change sticker on the window, no follow-up calls that your truck is ready for pickup. Instead, I get a message about wanting to buy my truck and another to talk to the service manager if I have an issue. I called the service manager from the text message number, left a voicemail, and never got a reply.
