I was initially impressed when the service department offered to pick up my vehicle from my home for service. Unfortunately, everything went downhill from there. The driver, Andrea, decided to take a detour in my car to pick up her favorite strawberry crème frappuccino on the way back to the dealership. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I just bought a used 2021 F150 and brought it in for an inspection to see if any services needed to be done, they compiled a list of 8 different services totally up to $2500. I thought it seemed a little excessive so I took the truck to a local mechanic who inspected the truck. He said the truck was in perfect shape and all of those 8 services that Ford service said needed to be done, wouldn’t need to be done for at least another 30-40k miles.
Went to the service department and was treated like crap. The guy told me that a manufacturing defect was not covered and that poor manufacturing happened in all cars and they shouldn’t be responsible. The info wasn’t the problem, it was the snide entitlement. Do not ever go here. Go to American Fork or Spanish Fork or another state but not here.
