I made an appointment for oil change for early in the day, but it took most of the day before it was done. Service was excellent, however.
My transmission was overhauled by LHM Ford 7 months ago on my 2020 Ford Explorer with 48,000 due to a flaw well known by Ford. My warranty had just run out so I paid $6600 to fix it. Shortly after the work was completed the seal on the transfer case began to leak fluid. The transfer case had to be removed so when it was reassembled the seal should have been replaced because the disassembly compromised the seal and now it leaks. Now LHM Ford wants me to pay $700 to fix the seal 4000 miles after the repair. Im being this is co... read more
