We had a 25 year old fully ducted Daiken aircon system in our two storey house which finally died on us .Sales consultant Bruce provided a number of options and pricing after a site visit .The quotes were very detailed and after discussing the various options that Bruce compiled we went with a complete new system rather just swapping out the old unit . If I ever need an aircon installed, I will go through Ford & Doonan Osborne Park for the simple fact that Troy will have my back should anything need maintenance. After a lot of back and forth with Panasonic's warranty repair team, I was left with no heating for over 4 weeks, and a simple "we are unsure and will just have to wait for Panasonic" Troy didn't except this when he very well could have left it with the warranty team as it was a issue with the unit not the install but he pushed for other arrangements and I very qui... read more
