Our second very positive experience with aircon installation through Ford&Doonan. The team provided a professional and polite service from start to finish. Bruce was very willing to spend the time to develop the optimum solution for our aircon needs and kept me informed at each stage. A huge thank you to our sales consultant Peter, and our installers Shaun and Kai for their professional installation of our split systems. Peter and Shaun helped us come up with an air conditioning solution after finding we had a tricky roof to work with. After tailoring our system to our needs and answering our numerous questions, we were left with a clean and tidy installation. They also removed our old evaporative system.
I would like to acknowledge professionalism in all aspects, from quotation to installation. That was very positive experience for me.
