Absolutely brilliant. Shaun installed my unit. My uncle (now retired) is a structural engineer and use to manage installation of units for commercial buildings. He inspected the installation. He reported the Air Quantity of the unit all checks out and the installation looked very good both in the ceiling space and the outside unit. Peter managed everything from my first contact to hand over. So happy and highly recommend them.
I fear I am a bit of a difficult customer some days and these guys absolutely smashed it out of the park. Ours was a reasonably big, multi system job on a two story, five bedroom home. Bruce and his team were tidy, competitive, efficient, polite, open to feedback and responsive over and over to my many questions. Bruce is first class and obviously takes great pride in not only the product, but also the service he offers. Great follow up too. Very glad we proceeded with F&D Osborne Park.

A huge thank you to our sales consultant Peter, and our installers Shaun and Kai for their professional installation of our split systems. Peter and Shaun helped us come up with an air conditioning solution after finding we had a tricky roof to work with. After tailoring our system to our needs and answering our numerous questions, we were left with a clean and tidy installation. They also removed our old evaporative system.
