Recently ordered a sand spreader via the website. At the top of the site it states 10% discount for first time purchases and if items are in stock. I verified via telephone conversation that the item was in stock and ordered but didn't see any discount applied. Now I'm told that because I didn't enter my email to get the discount code, that the company can not refund me the 10%. Very difficult to order parts and navigate their website. Really sucks
Had a problem with my order PayPal had an old phone number listed that got used ! Order shipped after I was e mailed that it would be a 6 to 8 week back order ! No email saying it had been shipped ! Then I get a email from someone at Hayward Distributing saying that the shipping company can not reach me by phone and they are shipping it back and would charge my credit card and I was told shipping would be $442.50 !
