Received a recall notice and called to schedule the service. I was transferred to a voice mail that ended up using AI to schedule my appointment. I was given a "Monday 7AM" appointment. I called the Thursday before and SPOKE to a person that explained they would have my car for 2 - 3 days, which had never been explained. They wouldn't have a loaner until that Wednesday, so the appointment was changed to then. It's now Saturday- they've had my car for 4 days and haven't even looked at it. I had a critical engine code on my 2019 Ford Edge. The Service Department was able to get my car in immediately and do testing and diagnosis, was able to find the error code, but could not find a cause or make it recur by driving my car. Although there doesn't seem to have been a real issue, I appreciate the fast service and communication by Roland, the Service Manager, to check my car, test it, and get me on the road again. I wouldn’t even give this place the benefit of a bowel movement. Do not try to be a patron of Phil Long’s Service Department. This place is god awful. You can never get a hold of anyone on the phone, and when you do, they’re rude as hell. Even going in person, no one stops to help you. I had to stand around and wait for someone to help me for 5-10 minutes while multiple employees walked past me without even saying anything.
