Upsetting to make a appointment, bring in the vehicle and then after 4days, calling to check up, then they say well the vichicle won't be check on for another 10days!!! Then the additional wait time for repairs!! I've near had this issue at any other dealership!! Made no sense to drop off! Last time I'll be coming to this dealership!!
I think it would be wonderful if salesmen gave you a business card with ther name on it and contact info. I loved my agent, and he did me a solid by finding me my 2017 Nissan Rogue. I would be handing out his card and information all over. Jeff is a great guy but I cannot remember his last name correctly to save my life. I would be sending him business if he had business cards to hand out. You have to understand us old ladies have memory problems. I love you Jeff...you are a great salesman.
