Avoid this dealership and body shop. They do poor quality work, have poor management, and their customer service is nonexistent. They also don’t honor their warranty on bodywork so it isn’t worth the paper its written on. This review isn’t to try and get Freedom Ford to fix my vehicle or get anything out of them. It’s already been fixed properly elsewhere, no thanks to Freedom Ford. Staff and manager provided the excellent service.
Exceeded all expectations, staff was professional and kept in contact from the beginning of my repairs all the way until the end. The job was done perfectly and I couldn’t be happier with my repairs. 11/10
Management is an absolute joke. There is no organization in their parts department. After an insurance claim I waited almost 2 months for parts that were supposedly ordered. I discovered the parts I needed could have been ordered and delivered from another dealership within 1-2 days. They then told me they had my all parts received and they were looking right at them, but when I showed up they claimed they couldn’t find the other 2 parts and didn’t know if they were even received.
