All my dealings with Ford Cleaners have been easy and efficient, from setting an appointment to hosting the cleaner to payment. The price was really fair (I was given two options for service and chose the deepest clean) and the job was quick but thorough. Raphael did a stellar job on my hand-knotted wool rug and we will definitely use them moving forward. A gem in East Point. (Photos are before/after)

The carpets are quite clean, and when he was through, they were only slightly moist. They also dried incredibly rapidly. I can definitely tell a difference. The sofa and loveseat look fantastic as well. They were in storage while we conducted a storage sale, and everything appeared to be tidy and new. Their work is of a great caliber, and their price is comparable to that of other businesses. Recommended.
