I brought my 2025 Land Rover in for repair after the front hood was dented—possibly from a bird or a rock. After 10 days of repairs at an authorized Land Rover body shop, I was very disappointed with the results: 1. I have no trust in place, they charge way too much. I took my work truck (employer owned and self insured). One of the Aux antenna on the roof of F 150 broke, I took it there for the repairs. They asked about $6,500 to repair it. Every time I called them, they say “the insurance will pay, don’t worry about it”. Of course, my boss rejected the quote (I agreed with him). bad bad place full of people lying, drop car off Thursday and was told they would call me Friday, did not happened, I called on Saturday left 3 messages and they did not call me back, today is Sunday and its closed, I don't expect the car to be done but I do expect a update on the car and how long it will take and how much. not very hard to make phone call to the client
