Always Professional, They show up very quickly for service calls and take care of the problem with ease. They demonstrate new methods to use our machine to make the job easier.
Well we were over charged about $211 on our bill I called Thursday March 13 to ask what was wrong the guy who answered said it looked like a error that you guys did but would call me back to let me know what’s going on. I have yet to hear back so this I’d going to make the payment late (no late charges please) and we called again to ask about the numbers that you need every month because we were told you guys can do it however keep emailing us to do it. Unfortunately this has been little frustrating.
Knowledgeable, reliable, friendly, explained everything and answered all my questions.
We had an excellent experience. Stephan Circle and his team delivered us a product that meets our needs without breaking the bank. Kudos to a true professional. We appreciate your support Ford Office Technologies.
