Purchased a WAP. Received a email from Ford they could not fulfill the item they sold and charged me for. Okay.. no big deal…. Ford told me I would receive a refund. Multiple days later I followed up… they said they will have it to me no later than tomorrow. Well.. they didn’t happen! Had to file a dispute with AMEX. I gave many chances to make it right…. BEWARE!!
Quick response time.
They have been great to work with, fast and professional when we are having equipment issues.
We use Ford for our Elementary School needs. They usually always show up the same day to fix our problems. They are always pleasant and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company to help with your copier needs.
very fast service and always helpful!
