This delivery was completed on behalf of NFM. There is a similar experience in other reviews. This company blamed my husband and I for not putting protective padding to the bottom of our table legs and chair legs after our floors were scratched during delivery. We were in the hospital when they dropped off the furniture to our home with my brother present. He watched it happen and called us at the hospital and told us. For a major company with multiple large warehouses in close area to each other.. Need to better set up whses ,so drivers don't lose part of their day waiting to be unloaded..Waiting for other drivers to come get product outa whse,so can unload trailers on a timely manor..
They really friendly As soon as i checked in They gave me a door right away In and out 45 minutes They provide tools to clean the trailer
