RUN AWAY!! This has the be the worst body shop to deal with. If you can go somewhere else. Outside of the nice front desk lady Carmen, they will lie even when you are on a three way call with corporate. They will tell corporate one thing and when corporate ask for proof they can supply it. Valeria was my service manager rep and she was completely useless if you are assign her ask for someone else.
promised my car to be done ON THE 10th. i have the app on my phone & between the 7-10 the car was only turned on to be moved. i texted everyday & was promised the 10th FOR SURE. i waited till the 10th 2 pm & they said “no it’s gonna be longer” but that i would have to pay longer for my loaner. until i told them i was gonna go myself to get my car at 4, nothing was done. my phone was notified at 3:20 it was started & even then all the recalls still were on my car. they then began inspection as i was sitting in the lobby. whic... read more
The Front Office Staff is very professional and pleasant to Deal with. I would recommend Greenway Body Shop to my friends and family ! They were so good. I brought them Donuts !
