We had a paint issue on a door handle. Luis Guzman, the department head quickly evaluated the work to be done. We were given multiple options regarding dropping off our vehicle to make it convenient for us. The work was completed in a day. Luis had a plan in place for us for pick up if we couldn't make it by the time they closed as we live an hour from the dealship. Amazing work done on my vehicle. If you get work done here avoid Mark Watson at all cost. He has poor customer service skills. I'd give him 1/4 a star. He lied to save his ass on details regarding conversations about the service. I was told i received a discount from the Manger (his boss).Which was a lie. Because Mark confirmed there was no discount given (Its was self pay). A 3-4 day job which i was told by him after parts arrived turned into 9.
