Purchase on August 05, 2025 a certified pre-owned 2016 Ford Edge titanium. The tires on them were 7 years old, so we requested them to put new tires. They said ok they keep the car overnight because new tires not coming in till the 6th. Which they should, that's dangerous. While I went to go to Bullhead City today. I get a flat tire and my spare was flat too. And there was no tool to change tire. Thank God a nice man had everything to help. I want to thank Joseph M. from parts department for excellent customer service. I called looking for a part for my 2003 Ford Focus. Joseph was very helpful and patient. He emailed me pictures of the part and a diagram to make sure it was what I needed. They were able to ship the part right away and to my surprise, get it the next day 270 miles away. I'll most definitely call the next time I can't find a part in my city.
