The worst customer service and customer experience at a car garage I’ve ever experienced. The owner will Know who I am as I called today to chat about a Ford Mustang. Forget about the fact you can’t view the Ford Mustang that is for sale as it’s online purchase even though he drives it and has it parked in the car park. I called also around 1 month ago and the sales guy said it wasn’t onsite his wife was driving it. The franchise owner said he gets 100s of calls per day to view the car but it’s online sale only.
