Forcier Contracting and Building Services did an excellent job with a water service line change from the curb stop. It was truly turnkey and made it low-stress from my perspective as an owner. Additionally, the one tenant that currently resides in the building was without water for a minimal amount of time due to the efficient work. Everything is back up and running and good to go for many years to come.

My wife and I wanted to add city water to our property. We spoke with pennichuck and got the go ahead that we can. We were suggested to work with John and his company. I had a chance to meet with John before the project took place, he was super nice. He came to our property and walked around letting me know the plan of action. Once everything was agreed to he had his team come to our house and dig a trench for the new water line to the house. Everything was done very professionally and very quick. Mike and his crew were great... needed a new patio on a restaurant I own and his guys took care of everything after Mike and I reviewed what we were looking to do... its great when you can trust someone to take the ball and run with it... and on top of the project, a few issues came up while they were onsite and we needed some help/repairs with a few other things and they were able to address them quickly and professionally to help make sure we stayed up and running... can't recommend Forcier Construction enough and I alread... read more

Forcier Contracting recently updated and added new features to our already existing deck at the Midfield Café at Nashua Airport. The materials, workmanship, efficiency and an eye to detail was above and beyond expectations. We just had a deck recently installed by Forcier Contracting and it was a great experience. From the initial consult, to picking colors and options and to the installation itself, it was made to be a very easy and problem free process. The worksite was left clean everyday and the installers were very friendly and respectful of our home. I would happily recommend Forcier Contracting for any of your home contracting projects.
