I am only giving a star at all because I can't not give anything less! Please do NOT order windows from this company. We ordered 13 Hurricane windows and panels for the sliders and front double doors. and waited 6 months to get them. They came to install and 4 different windows were the wrong size. I am not talking by an inch, some were 10 in too big! One window is really bowed out after they installed it. Looks like a factory defect. I've used Forcefield Hurricane a number of times for service on shuttters i have installed at my condo. I have found them easy to deal with, responsive, and knowledgeable. They are a good resource to keep my shutters in good working condition.
I chose F.F. even tho they were not my lowest estimate. I was impressed with sales person and office staff. It all fell apart with the installation. Three holes were drilled in my stucco in the wrong place and weren't discovered until I took the panels down. An upper channel was severely damaged. Crew came out next day and replaced it. Upon my removal of panels I found another damaged channel. One lower track was so un-plumb that it was easily noticable.
