Bought my 3rd ForceUSA All-in-One machine. And as usual the customer service was great. If you ever end up working with Vee, she is very attentive and knowledgeable about all the products.
I can assure you this is the best when it comes to quality benches and great customer service. I had an issue with something that broke on an older bench I bought from them and the service advisor, Tiara, was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond and sent me the replacement part free of charge. It was a pleasure to deal with Force USA.
