Hands down the best hybrid training gym in South Wales. Always wanted to get into shape but could never stick to a gym as I never liked the standard commercial type gyms. But BST is so good because, 1) it's always busy so you always have someone to train with. 2) everyone is really friendly 3) the staff take the time to show the new starters how to perform the exercises in that session. 4) each zone is set up so it can be easy for a novice or hard for the more physically fit.
