I was treated in a very professional way, with such kindness, the quote I was given was fair, and the survey was dealt with promptly.. Within a few days my work was carried out, where two delightful lads, so polite, and dealt with my problem expertly.. Leaving my flat so clean.. Well done, excellent workmanship.. These guys are awesome! I had tried calling two other plumbers over the last 7 days and both kept changing my appointment times. One of them even said that they had larger emergencies that kept coming up (not great customer service if you ask me). I found these guys and they came the same day that I called them and installed new toilets. They even told me about a possible problem with my pipes that may result in higher costs, but after further analysis they told me that I didn't need additional service. Very honest.
