My friends and I had a great experience airsofting for the first time. Though we were wildly inexperienced, the staff and other players were beyond patient, friendly, and helpful! Everyone made us feel welcome and ensured we had a great time! Special thank you to Jayden and Connor for teaching us the ropes!
Someone had apparently said my group of friends had said something racist during a match. Next minute; we are getting kicked out. HORRIBLE STAFF, would not let us speak our side of the story as the other group had completely misheard us. Asked for a refund for paying 7 people each paying $57 and they rejected it. That’s not the way you treat customers. They know better than this.
We attended this place on June 6, 2025, and it was truly one of the most fun experiences we’ve had as a group (10 in total). The staff were incredibly kind, funny, friendly, and welcoming. They not only made us feel right at home but also stepped up and made us feel safe during an uncomfortable situation involving other customers. I’ve been here twice and it’s a friendly environment if you’re nervous going into a new field. All staff on field and behind the counter are great and helped with every question i had abt buying a new replica :). Over all the experience is great and would recommend anyone I know to drop by.
