Dylan from force mechanical was excellent. He took time to explain what the issue was with my furnace.

Great experience! They reached out first thing in the morning to confirm my appointment. Then sent texts updates and even included a picture of the tech, making me feel safe about who I was allowing in my house. Once on site the tech explained everything and was very nice. Overall great experience from start to finish. I have the appliance service plan so he also explained what that would cover and timeline if we needed to replace any parts.
Dylan was very polite, easy going. Explained all of my non stop questions patiently. Educated me about my furnace and gave me ideas of replacement costs and how to maintain my furnace properly. I would gladly call this company again if I needed further service.
