Sure would be nice, when I make 4 phone calls to them between Friday PM & Saturday AM verifying and arranging load time (on the weekend), if they'd mention that the load was at the other yard, or that it would be ready when I did get to the right yard.
Very long wait but they were short staffed and kept apologizing for it, some things can't be helped one apologie is enough...Staff was very friendly ....
