As a contractor it’s important to rely on others from time to time. Called force for an emergency changing of an AC unit for one of our VIP clients. They came same day , tried to service the unit which was irreparable and in the end changed it to a new one in less than a week Will definitely be using them always. I had a furnace failure on a Friday morning. I called Force heating. They were very quick to send someone over. My problem was quickly diagnosed. Parts were ordered and furnace was back up and running mid afternoon. Outstanding service from everyone right from the office to the technicians that did the work.
