Great gym. Everyone is very knowledgeable on the machines. My personal trainer, Kelly is awesome. Andrea and Kelly are helping me reach me goals!

Great place for a workout, even a membership, Jerry and Andrea are very knowledgeable owners, Kelly is the PR director and great trainer. She is currently training my wife, and seeing results !!

I can't say enough good things about this gym. My son and I joined about six months ago and started working out with Brandon and Kelly. Brandon has worked with my teenage son and showed him safe and effective ways to workout for his age. He has lost weight and built muscle and gained loads of self-confidence. I have been working out with Kelly and I love it!! I have worked with personal trainers before, and Kelly is by far the most knowledgeable trainer I have ever worked with.
