Good quality work & great customer service! Always a joy working with the Force 5 crew
Nightmare of an experience trying to get roof and window repair after a hailstorm. Started positive with quick work to provide an estimate and work with insurance. Then we had numerous delays (entire project took almost 18 months), several no-shows on days with appointments to work, outright hostility in communication, attempting to misrepresent facts on a BBB dispute, and more. Maybe we were an outlier, but my suggestion would be to avoid Force 5.
Absolutely thrilled with the work Force 5 Roofing did on our home in Washington Park! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch—professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoyable. We chose impact-resistant shingles to stand up to Colorado’s wild weather, and added metal roofing accents for a modern touch.
