Can someone assist me please. Been working with local rep in south Texas, Paul, and the installers to get Serene grey planks shipped so they can finish our house. We originally got Eternity but the color was off so we had them stop install. We have been trying to be fair to all parties but still don't have an ETA on the Serene grey planks and a cost to return the Eternity color planks. It's been weeks. We are already going to have to eat the cost of the planks installed and cost of shipping the unused ones back. So I'm out o... read more
Place is trash!!!! Here for a delivery at 6am when they supposedly open no one answers door or phone.
Tried to call more than 20 times, but nobody respond look lie they dead.
