While the funeral director John was very kind, I unfortunately can not say the same for their receptionist Kathy. She is curt, condescending & very unprofessional! Not something that any one should have to endure, especially a grieving family! Do not expect a manager to ever return your call about a complaint either! I guess they only care about the money, they sure do not care how their customers are treated! The thoughts of my fathers service are forever tainted now thanks to Forbis & Dick on Elm Street in Greensboro NC!
