Extremely disappointed with service!! I have been going to this place for service of my toyota corolla since I bought brand new one. Today, I went there to do service 2 at 50000km. It includes checking of floor mats, whippers change of oil etc. However, floor mats were double stacked and whippers making noise even though marked as ok. How I should trust other parts of service. In addition, it happened on my last service too but I ignored it. I paid 405$ to get this kind of service as a loyal customer!!
I had an amazing experience at waterloo Toyota thanks to Alexa. That day, they changed my oil but also replace my tires. Alexa was so friendly, professional, and attentive. She explained everything clearly, kept me updated during the service, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Her kindness and excellent customer service really stood out. Forbes Waterloo Toyato has the best Sales guys! Nicholas Morrison has helped me unbelievable with my Rav4! I have purchased two Rav4 with Nicholas. He has helped me set everything up with my iPhone to my vehicle. He has called me many times to make sure everything is going well for me and my new Rav4. I couldn’t get my Perl white colour because it would take too long so he talked me into this new metallic grey that was coming off the line within a week. Rude reception. Arrived from out of town, drove in to the reception bay and immediately the guy there made a snarky remark about not having an appointment. They were clearly booked completely and I can appreciate that and good for them but a service guy is there to hear what the problem is and then provide solutions and not to give out rude remarks. Based on the way I was received I was happy I didn’t get to spend my money there. In the end spent 2k with a different dealership and in the end it was their loss.
Nicholas Morrison is an excellent salesperson at Forbes Waterloo Toyota, takes care of every detail, I would recommend him to anyone I know..
