We drove all the way from Niagara Falls to see a 2022 RAV4 at Forbes Toyota Waterloo and left very disappointed. We had high expectations after making such a long trip, but our experience with the sales representative Calvin Strong was unpleasant. We felt the interaction was rude, unprofessional, and not welcoming. Customer service should be respectful regardless of whether someone ends up purchasing a vehicle. We hope the dealership improves communication and customer experience in the future.
