I’d been going here for maintenance for the while (Jesse) and my car was always serviced pretty quickly and well! Loved that car until it got stolen in Mtl. Recently bought another Rav4 with the help of Walid, he was very responsive and helpful (also very upfront and honest). I really really appreciated his work and diligence.
What a disappointment. We went for a recall and thought we would look at cars as we are thinking of an upgrade in the next half year. After wandering and looking around we had to go ask for someone to help us and the person that came to ‘help’ us (B..) basically did not want to sell us a car. We had to ask all the questions and nothing was offered with regards to the car, price, availability. Went to two other dealers after and what a difference. Visited Toyota Waterloo to explore the 2025 Rav4 Hybrid. Dave was incredibly knowledgeable! He gave us a tour of the car and explained its functionalities VERY clearly. Suggested a route and there was no judgement associated with our test drive. I did not feel like he was trying to "sell" us anything. He patiently listened to our needs and advised the options accordingly. Overall, wonderful experience and will definitely be going back.

Recently, I went there for pricing information. And the staff was so rude. He was talking to us very aggressively. I am very disappointed with your service. It's the company's responsibility to teach their staff so they can talk to customers politely.
