I found Melissa (Owner) to be very caring and approachable. Nothing was an issue. Very honest and very safe remote transaction buying a ride on mower from her from Sydney. Melissa is Highly Recommended in my view. She overlooked every step of the transaction and delivery personally. Melissa puts her Heart & Soul into her business and reputation. Walked in and bought my difficult to find sparkplug with ease..loved it!!
Customer service was pathetic. Dropped my bike off early 2021, asked to have the bike made road worthy; they said no problem. I picked the bike up in 2023, barely starts, indicators broken off. The bike was left outside to rust for over a year. This business is a joke for repairs and services, if its not brand new your a fool to dream it will be fixed here.
