I could write a book regarding how bad my mother's visit to the ER was. Sitting in a hallway for 6 hours was the start of it. She is 83 and was in AFIB with Congestive heart failure. Overcrowded was an understatement. I sat there and watched the nurses station carry on, eat, tell jokes, talk so loudly you could hear the whole conversation.
