Great emergency room if you show up in an ambulance. Top notch in the area, hands down. However, if you go there under your own power expect to wait 9 hours no matter what's wrong with you. I don't know what happened to this hospital and the past decade but they really need to fix it.
The worst service ever .food poisoning sat in waiting room vomiting and diarrhea bent over in extreme pain sweating sat in waiting area 5 hours
The worst er in Pittsburgh. I will die before coming back here where they have 20 hallway beds. Those are official, they have signs and everything. I just love laying there listening to all the nurses talking about how much they have to pee and wondering if I just whip my balls out in the hallway for a hernia check.
I was treated badly. Don't want anyone fired so I won't say specifics. The next reviewer may not be so nice.
