I would have willingly rated our experience as 5 star, however when you take your vehicle in for a door paint, would you not expect the handle to be painted as well ( if needed ) ?? How can a door handle be referred to as "an extra". How does one propose to open a door without a handle? Interesting... & apart from the fact that it is considered an extra, should this not be pointed out to the client when vehicle was taken in to have a quote?
