Last time I took my car in for service (oil change, tire swap) I waited for about 4.5 hours before they told me they couldn’t finish the service and I was getting a rental. The next day when I picked it up I couldn’t use my coupon because it was after hours. As soon as my car got on the highway it started shaking/vibrating which I ended up going to a different garage to fix.
First time getting scammed. Brought in my car to get it fixed, left the lot and noticed the cruise control was broken. Called in about it and they said I'd have to pay them more to get it fixed. My brother in Christ, it broke in your shop, why would I pay you any more money.
