I went in this week to talk about my lease expiring on my 2023 Trailblazer (which I love). I went to talk to Mikki Hillyer because I have a trusted customer service history with her. Service department/advisers needs more training on warranties, specifically on powertrain warranty for Cadillac. When I called with an issue I was told that my warranty had expired at 5 years when it was actually well within my 6 year powertrain warranty. As the issue was intermittent and the warranty had expired(according to Forbes) I waited for issue to progress so that it could be more easily diagnosed. When I contacted Asst.
