Extremely poor and unreliable service at Forbes Medical Centre. My MMR vaccination appointment was postponed multiple times (7th April → 8th April → 20th April), with no proper confirmation or accountability. This delay has placed my healthcare job at serious risk, despite my full compliance. The lack of planning and responsibility is unacceptable. Reception staff were also rude and dismissive, showing no empathy even after explaining the urgency. Overall, a very unprofessional experience and poor patient care.
When I interact with the receptionists and doctors, I often feel dismissed, judged, misunderstood, negatively regarded, and disrespected. On most occasions, I leave thinking I wasted my time, and also feeling angry. I go to a medical center for help, and I feel their interpersonal skills make it needlessly difficult.
