All went well
Taking the plunge into the EV market, asks sticking with KIA because my 10-year-old Soul is still an excellent car. I was disappointed the Soul was replaced by Niro. But that didn't last long. Very accommodating, very knowledgeable, very friendly. Big shout out to Sales staff Hunter and Mark, sales manager Kim and receptionist Karen. (Yes she's as nice as me. ☺️)
