Let me start by saying that I'm picky and have high expectations for dealerships as I worked in the automotive field. Ira and the team at Forbes Kia exceeded all my expectations. They found us the exact vehicle we wanted and got the deal we needed to work with our budget. When I discovered a small issue, the service team got the repair part installed quickly and hassle free. Thank you Ira, Kim, Hunter, Devon, and the rest of the team. We're now very close to our goal of full energy independence.
Bought a new Kia Rio here in 2011, and ran it up to 311,000km with the support of the service team. Went with another brand and came back in 2025. Bought a used Rio and hoping to punch up the same numbers. Great experience with sales and service. Highly recommended.
Now that I've sold the car I feel comfortable leaving a review. In June of 2020 I purchased a 2020 Kia Sorento EX V6 from Forbes Kia. The sales team were easy to work with and Initially it was a fantastic car... Things quickly went down hill from there! Within the first year I had the car it started acting as though there was a misfire. I mentioned it and they "looked into it" and found nothing.
