Friendly and professional. Nicole was very helpful in offering a quote and setting up coverage. I cold-called looking for home and auto coverage and ended up locking in coverage within an hour.
Will at Forbes has been nothing short of exceptional - his customer service and responsiveness in setting me up with new Homeowners and Auto policies was great.
