I had to get 3 pre surgery test done so I got there around 7:10 am for blood work, EKG, and a chest Xray. I was hoping to get out of there by lunch. Every single person I have encounted couldn't have been nicer. Starting with the person checking me in. The women that took my blood didn't "miss" like they always do at other locations. They were all fast and professional. I was out the door by 8 am..... best hospital experience I've ever had.
Although I have had acceptable experiences with other departments at Forbes, I would not recommend going here for Esophagram. The radiology department is clueless and technician Katie is horribly rude.
My husband and I have both had several tests done here, from blood draws and urinalysis to EKGs, X-rays, and ultrasound. Some tests require an appointment, but most are just walk-in. Friendly staff, short wait times.
