Dr. Forbes is very thorough and has researched and provided information so that I have a better understanding about my ailments and approaches to use-she always provides helpful feedback and suggestions, which I absolutely appreciate. She has a very compassionate, warm, and helpful approach and has provided relief for my discomfort and pain throughout the time I have been going to her. Dr. Forbes was truly the best. I came in for carpool tunnel and after just a few weeks felt immediate pain relief. The space was cozy and felt very welcoming plus I learned a lot about acupuncture and helped me better understand my body
