I have been a proud resident and shareholder at Scarborough Manor in Westchester for the past 35 years. Recently, the management and board of directors made the decision to hire the design firm Forbes Ergas Design to renovate the hallways in our unique building. The shareholders were given a choice between two similar designs, and after a vote, the most popular design was selected. Claridge House One Condominium Assocation hired Forbes-Erges to redesign and reimagine our hallways. After agreeing on the concept, they worked closely with the contractors and the project moved ahead continually and seamlessly until its on-time completion. 2 years later, the finished product is spectacular!

My building recently hired Forbes-Ergas to redo our lobby. We are a co-op in Bayside and our lobby needed an update. The design Karen(Forbes-Ergas) presented was modern and detailed to the era of our building, Our Board designated three members to work directly with our contractor and Forbes through the entire project.
