They do not reply to emails or voicemails quickly enough when there is an issue. We've been waiting for months for them to resolve issues and order parts.
We spent over $50,000 on trifold doors when we built our house. It hasn’t been two years and one of our main doors there is a piece of the weather strip peeling off. I left voicemails and emails trying to get someone to call me back for months to see if this could get replaced. After 3 months of trying to get ahold of someone they finally reached out. I love Marvin products and sincerely wanted to give this company a great review. However, they did a terrible job installing my windows and doors that we spent 50k on. It also took them 8 months to even order our windows and doors, and multiple re-measurements and the products were still not 100% correct. Its been about two years now and the situation is only deteriorating. Forbes design center will not respond to any of our requests to fix the situation. I would not recommend them.
