Everything has been great since the day I moved in…….couldn’t be happier.
I saw no forbes people
The house itself is great, no issues so far. Except this water situation on the side of the front of the house. I don’t even know what to call it. We’ve had them inspect the sprinklers and was told that was not causing this. We had the water company inspect and said we have no water leaks. Does anyone else have this issue? We’re thinking it’s a natural water leak…but so far no answer or solution just a random water leak.
Although I have not lived here long. So far we love our home and have a had a great experience. The real gem is Mr. David McClain our construction manager , he was GREAT! Anything regarding the home details/needing to be worked on that we brought to his attention he fixed. After closing he continued to check in and will response if I have a question. He really made you feel the care in his work.
